Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions tailored to team needs.
Assess training requirements and develop comprehensive programs to address skill gaps.
Facilitate workshops on communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.
Stay updated on best practices in training and development for continuous improvement.

Must Have

achelor’s Degree or Higher in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Education).
Passion for developing others and enhancing workplace effectiveness.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong creativity and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
Self-driven with excellent organizational skills.

Nice to have

Experience in developing e-learning content or online training materials.
Knowledge of additional languages to cater to diverse teams.
Certification in training methodologies or related fields.
Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and ROI.
